Ex-Manchester United hero Paul Scholes arrives at court with teen son Arron who 'battered man in pub and laughed hysterically'
FORMER Manchester United star Paul Scholes has arrived at court with his 19-year-old son who allegedly battered a man in a pub.
Arron Scholes is accused of "laughing hysterically" during the attack in Oldham in June and taking a photo of the man's face.He was accompanied at court by his dad Paul The teenager, who is a striker for amateur side Royton Town, was accompanied to Tameside Magistrates Court by his football legend dad today.
Paul, who stepped down as Oldham manager last week, swore at photographers outside as he made his way into the trial. Scholes, of Grasscroft, Gtr Manchester, previously pleaded not guilty to assault and will stand trial today.Last September, his ex-England star father turned out for Manchester League side Royton as they were short of players.
