The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters took down the import-less Phoenix Fuel Masters , 116-99, to notch their fourth straight win in the PBA Governors' Cup on Friday at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila.After trailing 29-19, the Elasto Painters made a 36-point romp in the second period against Phoenix' 26, with Adrian Nocum making 19 points in the said quarter alone to end the first half at 55-all.
After an explosive second quarter, Nocum only scored again in the fourth period to get a total of 21 points. Import Aaron Fuller had 28 points, 22 rebounds, an assist, and a block, while Jhonard Clarito and Andrei Caracut chipped in 15 and 13 points, respectively.RJ Jazul and JJ Alejandro led the all-Filipino Phoenix with 12 points apiece as they remained winless in three games in Group B.
