DAPA, Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte – President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. launched “Walang Gutom 2027,” the country’s pioneer food stamp program (FSP), at Teatro Nan Dapa, here, on Friday, September 29.
PRESIDENT Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. arrives in Dapa, Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte for the launching of the ‘Walang Gutom 2027’ food stamp program on Friday, September 29.
During the kick-off ceremony of the FSP, Marcos stressed that the program integrates solutions to the problem of food and financial insecurity. The Chief Executive was assisted by Department of Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rex Gatchalian during the rollout of the FSP.
