“I think he [President Marcos’]…instruction to me is really to recover from Covid and be able to get back the economy because we’ve lost a lot in the economy from the restrictions,” Herbosa said. He noted the IATF no longer has any reservation with the lifting after the Food and Drug Administration announced last week it has granted a certificate of product registration for Pfizer’s bivalent Covid-19 vaccines, Comirnaty Original/Omicron B.A.4-5.
