PCG logs 907,429 outbound, 797,404 inbound travelers so far as holiday nears

MANILA, Philippines — About 900,000 outbound passengers and 700,000 inbound passengers have been recorded by the Philippine Coast Guard as people travel for the Christmas holidays.

In a message to reporters on Thursday, the PCG said that it logged a total of 907,429 outbound and 797,404 inbound passengers from December 15 to 21.The PCG is monitoring the number of passengers as they implement Oplan Biyaheng Ayos: Pasko 2022 to manage the surge of port passengers during the holiday season.FEATURED STORIES
