Maxance Vincent is a freelance film and TV journalist based in Montreal, Canada. A recent graduate of a BFA in Film Studies with a certificate in Video Game Studies, Maxance specialized in contemporary genre cinema and focused his last year at University on the critical discourse surrounding the effects of violent video games.
James Gunn confirms the release window for the second season of Peacemaker. Season 2 of the critically acclaimed spinoff to The Suicide Squad was greenlit in February 2022, but development was put on hold after Gunn became co-CEO of DC Studios and began work on the new DC Universe, which will begin with the animated series Creature Commandos later this year.
Peacemaker Season 2 Will Be Closely Connected to Gunn's DCU Frank Grillo's Rick Flag Sr. is Already a Recurring Character Close While not much is known about the details of Peacemaker season 2, several elements point to the direction that this season will be much more closely connected to the DC Universe than its previous season.
James Gunn will direct three episodes of Peacemaker season 2, while Greg Mottola and Peter Sollett have been confirmed to helm other episodes.
