, video games based on TV shows are pretty rare – with publishers worrying they don’t have a big enough audience to justify a big budget video game.games and almost nothing else. But Brummie crime series Peaky Blinders is looking to change all that.
The game involves a raft of British companies, including the games arm of TV company Endemol, games publisher Curve Digital, and developers FuturLab and Maze Theory. At the same time, the money has partially come from a government programme to encourage creative businesses in the UK.The game itself is described as featuring, ‘authentic player and character interactions driven by new enhanced AI performance technology’.
