It was reported at approximately 1.50am on Saturday morning that there had been a road traffic collision involving a male pedestrian in the area.
A 35-year-old man has died following a road traffic collision in North Down in the early hours of this morning.
Police have confirmed that Alex Connor died following the incident on the Upper Gransha Road in Bangor on Saturday, January 11. PSNI Roads Policing Inspector Cherith Adair said in a statement issued on Saturday evening: “The road has since reopened and detectives from the Collision Investigation Unit are examining the circumstances of the collision.
