Police have launched a probe after the car came off the road at Westmuir Street in Parkhead at around 9pm on Friday.
Pedestrians had to leap to avoid a car driving along a pavement in Glasgow before the vehicle was later left abandoned nearby.
An eyewitness, who asked not to be named, said: "I was in the bookies and saw it. We heard a bang and went out to see what was happening. "They recovered the car in Dalmarnock and the street was condoned off. Police, ambulance and fire brigade were all there." Top news stories today A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9pm on Friday, November 10, 2023, police received a report of a car coming off the road at Westmuir Street, Glasgow, and crashing into a number of vehicles. A female pedestrian was also involved in a collision and was treated by ambulance at the scene.
