Tuesday night, Penfield Central School District Superintendent Dr. Thomas Putnam spoke on the issue during a public meeting, assuring parents school leaders are doing what they can. Penfield schools is currently finalizing contracts with community-based day care organizations Care-A-Lot and Browncroft, where the pre-K students will be placed next year.
