Pentiment's achievements are live, and it looks like you'll need to do a fair few playthroughs if you want to grab the lot...
, although bear in mind that the secret achievement names can be considered spoilers for certain story beats).
You will be able to make a decent dent in the list in a single run, but those seven secret achievements will be the main sticking points in going for the completion. Without getting too far into spoiler territory, four of these relate to a single possible outcome late in Act 1, with the remaining three the same for the conclusion of Act 2.
