The man fessed up on a online review for Hartley's Strawberry Jelly 135G on Tesco's website
People have been left in fits of laughter after a man confessed he's been eating jelly the wrong way for over 20 years without realising. As most jelly connoisseurs will know, you can purchase your favourite flavours ready-made or ready to be mixed, the Mirror reports.
If you opt to make your own pack, you simply add boiling water to your cubes then enjoy the jelly once it has dissolved. However, one foodie has hilariously admitted that he has been eating the jelly straight from the packet and only realised his error two decades after he first started doing it. Fessing up in a comical online review for Hartley's Strawberry Jelly 135G on Tesco's website, he wrote: "Thought cubes tasted great, very strong and a bit chewy, then was pointed out to me that they are in fact supposed to be melted in water... after spending 20 years eating cubes. Will give an update when I've tried them as intended :. Ate it cubes and all. Stunning.
