Philip Wignall goes by two names and is wanted in connection with harassment and stalking offences
Philip Wignall, who also goes by the names John Michael Wignall and Phillip Anthony Wignall, is wanted by Lancashire Police. The 34-year-old is wanted in connection with harassment and stalking offences, theft and four assaults.
He is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, of stocky build, with "Dad" tattooed on his left forearm and a woman’s name tattooed across his chest.
