The Heat Company's Adhesive Foot Insole Warmers, available in a pack of five on Amazon for £12.50, boasts of a 4.5 star rating out of five, with almost 4,000 reviews. In the review section, one shopper gave a five star review, writing: "The insoles are comfortable to wear. I have really cold feet in the winter, the insoles are great, they get warm instantly. After about an hour I remove them and my feet stay warm. It's as if they help to get my blood in my feet going."
