2-year-old Kirby Carr was allegedly kidnapped by her father, 52-year-old Kevin Carr, who does not have custodial rights to his daughter, on Saturday.Peoria police said they were called to a home near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Speckled Gecko Drive around 2:45 p.m. on Saturday due to family problems.
Carr is described as a white man about 6 feet, 1 inch tall and about 140 lbs. with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt and dark-colored shorts. If you have any information on where Kevin and Kirby Carr may be, you are asked to call the Peoria Police Department non-emergency line, which is 773-8311 or 911 if it is an emergency.
