Pep Guardiola has given Manchester City staff a huge bonus in a heartfelt gesture after eight years at the club.That said, maintaining such a high level year after year and building a dynasty would not have happened without the togetherness and sense of family behind the scenes the club has built during Guardiola's tenure.
According to The Times, the 53-year-old recently surprised between 60 and 70 staff members - including chefs, receptionists, physiotherapists, kit men, baristas and security staff - with £10,000 bonuses.Rewarding club staff for their continued hard work is nothing new at City. At the end of every season, the first-team players pool together to thanks staff behind the scenes.
