Emergency services raced to Eden Festival in Moffat after police received reports of concern for a person.A 49-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene after the alarm was raised at the Dumfries and Galloway venue at around 1.45pm today.Police have confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the tragic death.The Eden Festival kicked off on Thursday with acts including Sister Sledge, Elvana and General Levy.
Spread across 11 stages, the festival has everything from music sets, special performances, a woodland area and a garden.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1.45pm on Sunday, 11 June, 2023, officers were made aware of concern for a person at a festival in the St Ann’s area.
