A person in the water has been rushed to hospital
Yorkshire Ambulance Service, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and West Yorkshire Police were at the scene on Upper Rodley Lane. The emergency crews were in attendance after receiving a call at 2.30pm today .
Multiple ambulances and fire engines lined the street next to the canal beside industrial units. The person has been taken to St James's Hospital.A spokesperson for the ambulancd service said: "We received a call at 2.30pm to reports of a person in the water.
