Nathan Joseph believes diet regimes like Slimming World aren't sustainable in the long-term – and explained a 'mistake' that many slimmers make when trying them
Instead of trying to cut products out of your diet, Nathan Joseph urges people to focus on striking a healthy balance instead. By doing this, your healthy regime is likely to last longer as you shouldn't be craving treats.
Nathan said: "When they tell you this is bad, there's no way you're going to go near sweets, chocolate or crisps. You're going to be in a really big calorie deficit which means, whilst you are doing Slimming World, it's got a very good chance of making you lose weight. To prevent this happening, Nathan urges people to try to be realistic. He added: "They key to any fat loss journey is to get the balance right."
