‘Peru Two’ drugs mule Michaella McCollum is reportedly preparing to bring her story to the small screen.
‘True crime dramas have never been more successful and companies are always looking for the next one,’ a sourceMichaella McCollum tweeted this picture and said she had had a ‘successful meeting with production company’ ‘That will be a major hand to play for Michaella – a young attractive woman finds herself involved in the world of international drug trafficking and ends up languishing in a grotty Peru prison.
McCollum has already written a book, House of Women, about her time in prison in Peru, which was meant to be released last year before publication was delayed.‘True crime dramas have never been more successful’ She previously posted a photo on Instragram captioned: ‘Successful meeting with production company. What would you like to see the book turned into?’A source told The Sun at the time: ‘Michaella has made no secret of her dream to become a reality TV star.
