A PERVERT choked and molested a 15-year-old girl after she refused to wear a dog collar and lead, police say.

Coldsmith admitted that he knew the victim and was aware that she was only 15, according to court documents. He faces two counts of first degree criminal sex conduct, one count of second degree sexual assault and two counts of third degree criminal sex conduct at Waseca County court.
