Peter Andre has bravely opened up on his battle with anxiety that got so bad it left him hospitalised.
Mysterious Girl hitmaker Peter claims he turned to sleep to battle his dark thoughts — often snoozing for 18 hours at a time. “During a family meal with my parents… I started shaking. Out of nowhere, my mind became flooded with images of me hurting myself. It was terrifying.“For two years, I suffered up to 20 panic attacks a day. My only escape was when I was sleeping, so I would often spend up to 18 hours a day asleep.”
Peter wrote alongside the video: “Four years ago today we became husband and wife. It’s impossible to love you anymore for too many reasons. Happy 4th anniversary beautiful Emily.
