EXCLUSIVE: Dad of five Peter Andre has now opened up on the process of deciding newborn daughter Arabella Rose's adorable name - and it was all down to his wife Emily
Naming a child can be a difficult task, and Peter Andre and Emily MacDonagh know exactly what it's like. The couple became proud parents again after welcoming their newest child into the world on Tuesday 2 April – a beautiful baby girl weighing 7lb 3oz.
In his exclusive column, Peter explained: "A couple of weeks ago I said to Emily that it was down to her to pick a baby name – after all, she’d brought our baby into the world. Emily wanted us to decide together, but when she came up with the name Arabella Rose, I immediately thought, “That’s so beautiful.”
"All of the kids are obsessed with their new sister – she’s just so adorable. Junior and Princess have been amazing at helping us out, too. I feel very blessed." Before they finally settled on Arabella Rose Andréa, Peter took to his social media to seek inspiration and advice from his army of fans. At the time, he revealed he'd narrowed it down to two, but said he and Emily were still undecided, saying: "Athena is also in the running. Not sure how ems feels about it but I LOVE it." He also told another fan that "Charlotte is also in the running. I like Charlie.
