A inicios de mayo, Colombia anunció la ruptura de relaciones diplomáticas con Israel por considerar que tenía un gobierno “genocida”.
Una vez que se concrete la prohibición de las exportaciones de carbón, ésta no se aplicará a las mercancías que, previo a la vigencia del decreto, cuenten con solicitud de autorización de embarque, aclara el documento. The Associated Press se contactó con la Federación de Productores de Carbón para obtener un comentario, pero no obtuvo una respuesta inmediata.
