The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) on Friday, July 8, announced that it can now administer Covid-19 booster shots to qualified minors 12 to 17 years old.

The Philippine Red Cross on Friday, July 8, announced that it can now administer Covid-19 booster shots to qualified minors 12 to 17 years old.

The initiative, PRC said, is in support of the announcement made by the Department of Health on June 28 giving the green light for the administration of the first Covid-19 booster shots to all adolescents 12 to 17 years old. Children availing of the first booster shot must bring their ID, their vaccination card , their parent’s or legal guardian’s ID, and proof of filiation.
