Over 100 homes are now complete across the development

The third phase of Nottingham’s newest waterside neighbourhood, Trent Basin, has been completed. Brand-new homes are now available to occupy.

The riverside community – which sits on the north bank of the Trent, just a mile from the city centre – is a new housing development by Blueprint, with Lindum Group undertaking the construction of the third phase. The majority of homes in the third phase have been sold off plan, but a limited number are still available to purchase through the agents William H Brown.

Trent Basin is also home to a number of community initiatives, including Flo Skatepark and Makers Yard, which occupies a 9,000 sqft building and brings art, live events, exhibitions, street food stalls, and independent markets to the local community.

Tom Damarell, Construction Manager at Lindum Group, added: “This has been a very challenging, yet very rewarding project and it is fantastic to see this phase coming to an end, ready for people to move into this brilliant new and in-demand neighbourhood. The project has been a fantastic example of how we can improve the local area, not just through bringing new homes, but by providing high quality, low energy homes developed with a local supply chain.
