Philip Schofield's brother has been found guilty of sexually abusing a child
Civilian police worker Timothy Schofield had been charged with 11 sexual offences involving a child between October 2016 and October 2019.
Other offences include forcing the child to watch pornography and to engage in sexual activity as well as engaging in sexual activity in the child's presence. Welcoming the guilty verdicts against his brother, TV presenter Philip Schofield said: "As far as I am concerned I no longer have a brother."Civilian police worker Timothy Schofield covers his head as he leaves Exeter Crown Court.In a statement released through his lawyer, he added: "My overwhelming concern is and has always been for the wellbeing of the victim and his family. I hope that their privacy will now be respected.
