We thank you for your service as Commander of the Philippine Fleet and all the other designations you have successfully handled in the past. It is nice to see you finish the race with flying colors,” said Vice Adm. Adaci, commending Rear Adm. David’s leadership.As Commander of the Philippine Fleet, Rear Adm.

In addition to his role as Commander of the Philippine Fleet, Rear Adm. David also served as the Commander of the Joint Task Force Malampaya, the Commander of the Naval Education, Training and Doctrines Command, and the Commander of Naval Forces West. A graduate of the Philippine Military Academy “Bigkis Lahi” Class of 1990, he expressed gratitude to both the Philippine Navy and the Armed Forces of the Philippines for the opportunity to serve his country and fellow countrymen.
