PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has expressed concern over the presence of a Russian attack submarine detected in the West Philippine Sea last week.“All of that is very concerning. Any intrusion into the West Philippine Sea, of our EEZ , of our baselines is very worrisome. Yes, it’s just another one,” he said in an interview with reporters.
