ITV has confirmed that Holly Willoughby will be taking two weeks off
While speculation is rife as to who will permanently replace Phillip Schofield on ITV daytime show This Morning, it has been confirmed who will be presenting the show over the coming week.
The 61-year-old TV presenter announced he was leaving with immediate effect on Saturday, May 20, meaning Thursday was his last day on the show after almost 20 years of presenting the popular programme.Schofield released a statement on Saturday, confirming his exit from the show. In it, he said: "I have always been proud to cover fascinating stories on This Morning. But recently, This Morning itself has become the story.
