Phillip Schofield has opened up about his This Morning exit and his relationship with Holly Willoughby in a new interview ahead of his TV return on Channel 5 next week
Phillip Schofield has shockingly revealed his version of how he exited This Morning last year, and it is a different version to the original story – that he voluntarily chose to resign from the daytime show. The 62 year old TV star waved goodbye to the ITV morning programme in May 2023 after whispers of a falling out with his once-close friend and co-host Holly Willoughby .
Opening up about his experiences, Philip revealed in teaser clips from his new series - which will grace screens for three nights in a row - his mixed emotions about his past life in front of the camera, saying: "I miss parts of being on TV, certainly. I miss most of it, if I'm honest. I miss most of it. But there are bits that I really, really, really don't miss.
