In one of the biggest investigations ever carried out by Tayside Police, evidence in the case of a pensioner's murder leads to a family friend.
Phoenix police officers responded to the area near 9th Street and Broadway Road on Jan. 1 at approximately 1:55 a.m. When officers got to the scene, they found 43-year-old Marco Lugo Jr. dead in the roadway, with"obvious visible signs of trauma," police said. — which depicts the assault and may be graphic for viewers — reviewed showed Lugo was assaulted in the roadway by an unknown person before being hit.
