A nation's fiery protests has led to the postponement of King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla's highly-anticipated state visit as rallies over the pension age rages on.
An estimated one million residents have flooded streets to rally the French government's controversial pension reform, with demonstrations turning violent.
The escalating situation in Paris and other major French cities has been felt across the English Channel, with the Royal Family delaying their trip to the City of Love. French President Emmanuel Macron personally called the King to notify him it would be unsafe to visit given unions announced it will continue rallying into early next week.
