While the hot summer may be over, autumn is a stunning time of year that is full of magnificent colours and Lancashire and Cumbria's beautiful scenery is the perfect backdrop for it.
We'd love to see your best pictures of Lancashire or Cumbria looking its best in Autumn, so we've launched a photo competition! All you need to do is submit your entry via the form below.So whether you're in Lancaster, Blackpool, Penrith or the Lake District - we'd love to see the colours of the season wherever you are. If you're stuck for some inspiration, our photographer James Maloney has a few suggestions on some locations that are sure to yield some fantastic snaps.
