The owners of Molbak’s announced plans to transform the garden retailers’ former site following the support it received during its closure earlier this year.
Seattle Hospitality Group announced that it acquired a controlling interest in Fremont Brewing on Monday.
Howard Write, founder and chair of the ownership group, said the group's mission is to"invest in iconic Pacific Northwest brands, and our acquisition of Fremont Brewing is a continuation of this long-term vision." Matt Lincecum, owner of Fremont Brewing, said in a prepared statement they are"excited to embark on this journey with Seattle Hospitality Group and Pike Brewing."
