Josh Maravich, the son of Basketball Hall of Famer Pete Maravich, died Friday at the family home in Louisiana.

Pete Maravich was the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer before his record was broken by Iowa’s Caitlin Clark.Josh was part of the ceremonies in 2022 when LSU unveiled a bronze statue of “Pistol Pete” Maravich. Josh and his brother, Jaeson, came up with the idea of portraying their father’s statue with the behind-the-back pass..
