DiMeo’s chef is a friend he’s known since fifth grade. Together, they’re delighting customers with neapolitan pizza and their signature Texas style grilled pizza. Now he’s serving it at his restaurant Gold Tooth Tony’s and partnering with other Houston-area chefs to come up with a new flavor of Detroit-style pizza each month.
