“The confirmation that Ravenscraig is a priority project for the next Community Hub Programme of Work represents further progress. The council now plans to take forward additional work on feasibility, cost analysis and deliverability to determine if the Ravenscraig project is able to be completed, as part of the existing Community Hub Programme.
