A Cebu Pacific plane slightly swerved into the grassy portion of Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Friday morning, causing some parking bays to be temporarily unavailable.According to the Manila International Airport Authority , Cebu Pacific Air A-321 slightly swerved into the grassy portion of the Golf 13 taxiway in NAIA Terminal 3 while repositioning from Bay 111 to Bay 122A of NAIA Terminal 3.
"Due to the incident, Bays 110-112 are temporarily unavailable for use leaving three parking bays available for wide-body aircraft," it said. MIAA said it is seeking the understanding of passengers whose flights may be affected due to expected delays in flight schedules. "They are advised to wait for airline announcements regarding revised timings," it said.In a separate statement, Cebu Pacific apologized for any inconvenience caused by its disabled aircraft.
