The vacant B-listed building on 250 Vincent Street, located at the top of Blythswood Hill, could be turned into new 146-bedroom student accommodation.
Plans have been put forward to transform a listed building in Glasgow city centre into student accommodation.
Previous approval was given for the vacant B-listed building, which dates back to 1878, to be converted into a hotel in 2020, but the proposals did not go ahead. Now, planners hope to transform the building, described as being in one of Glasgow's most "prestigious neighbourhoods".
