“The extraordinarily high concentration of land in the hands of so few is severely limiting access to affordable homes, stifling job creation, and harming the environment. Donald Trump’s 570-hectare holding long faced opposition from residents who are concerned about the social and environmental impact of the former US president’s development on communities.
