Ahead of a Labor caucus meeting on Tuesday, Anthony Albanese refused to confirm whether the government will implement other elements from the Uluru Statement from the Heart. Meanwhile, Shadow Indigenous Affairs Minister Jacinta Price is calling on the government to audit spending on Indigenous programs.
“Now they have to understand that there are Indigenous women in parliament who are prepared to ask the tough questions,” Ms Price said.
