Hanna Mae Oray was among the individuals arrested by members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group during a raid at the properties of Teves last March 10.
Oray and five others were slapped with a case for violating Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act and infringement of RA 10591.
