“May mga pangalan na po na hawak ang AKG at yan po yung tinutunton po nila,” PNP spokesperson Police Col. Jean Fajardo said.She said a syndicate could have been behind the crime as it was not the first time the modus was reported. The PNP-AKG said the suspects asked the victim’s family for a P10 million ransom after he was forced into a vehicle along Roosevelt Avenue on March 18.
