Manchester United transfer news as former midfielder Paul Pogba could still be set to join up with Mason Greenwood at Marseille
Marseille are still open to bringing Paul Pogba to the club after a January transfer did not surface. The two-time Manchester United midfielder is currently a free agent and is unable to play until March.
Rio Ferdinand, speaking on his YouTube channel, has been keen to see him return to Carrington in some form. "You'd like to think he would ," the former defender said. "Surely, he's got to go somewhere. Under new manager Thiago Motta, Pogba had no way back in Italy and has been trying to get himself into the best shape possible ahead of a much-anticipated return. No mid-season move was found and he will now have to keep on waiting.
