Officers were called to the 4000 block of Gramercy Place, located near the center of the mall, just before 8:50 p.m. on reports of a shooting. A spokesperson for Easton said the mall was not locked down, but access was restricted where the incident happened as well as the West Garage. “We are cooperating with police in their investigation of this incident," the spokesperson for Easton Town Center Management said in a statement."On Saturday evening, access was restricted to the West Garage only and the initial area where the incident occurred was closed. No other areas at Easton Town Center were evacuated or locked down by CPD or Easton Public Safety.”
A 17-year-old and 16-year-old were each charged with four counts of felonious assault, two counts of discharging firearms on prohibited premises and one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
