Police in Northern Ireland are urgently seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing 77-year-old man named Leonard McGrath. Leonard was last seen in the Castlederg area on Friday afternoon, January 31st, around 12:15 p.m. He was driving a silver Citroen Berlingo van with the registration number LA16 EZJ. Inspector Long from the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) released a statement expressing growing concern for Leonard's safety.
He described Leonard as being approximately five feet eight inches tall, of heavy build, with curly grey hair and hazel-colored eyes. He was last seen wearing grey trousers. The PSNI is appealing to anyone who may have information about Leonard's whereabouts to contact them immediately via the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 1462 of 31/01/2025.
