The drivers of both vehicles fled from the scene as officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The chase went into Cleveland.They were seen getting into the Hyundai. Another suspect on foot was located by officers inside a residence on Bonna Avenue.Additional charges are pending.Not only did the driver refuse to pull over, but they fled from officers.Police are investigating.On Aug. 5, a Walmart loss prevention officer observed customers stealing from the Ridgewood Drive store.
An arriving officer talked to the caller, who said two subjects were in the loss prevention office for shoplifting.Both were cited for theft.On Aug. 6, a Pinegrove Avenue resident called police after her cell phone was stolen from her vehicle, which was parked at the residence.On Aug. 7, a Wolf Avenue resident called police after discovering their Chevrolet Equinox was missing from the residence.On Aug. 8, police were dispatched to CVS regarding a shoplifting complaint.
An arriving officer located the Cleveland suspect, who was also in possession of suspected felony drugs.On.
