Police in Preston are appealing for information to find Nigel Ogden, 57, who is wanted on recall to prison and has been missing since September 4th. He was last seen outside Miller Arcade in Preston city centre at around 1pm on Wednesday.
Police say they are 'concerned for the welfare' of a man who is wanted on recall to prison and is missing from home.
He is described as being of large build and has overgrown hair which is greying. Officers said when Ogden was last seen, he was wearing a dark blue jumper. Police have launched an appeal today and are urging the public to call 999 with any immediate sightings.
