"I'm taking out garbage on my property... and an officer of the law comes out of nowhere and starts harassing me.Later, an officer says to him:"This isn't over. Just take a deep breath. You are angry and escalating and it's likely you've got profile so we'll pick it up at a different time, not right here, right now."
The officers ultimately determined that the man had a legal right to be at the property and returned his university ID card.Boulder police began looking into the episode and on Thursday launched an internal investigation.
